Or some other name that I have no idea what it is. But its that spool of wire where the steering wheel attaches to the column. It makes it so that the horn and cruise work. I believe.

I could only think of a Junk Yard for such a part. You can order online from any yard around the nation. If the part isn't listed, just find the yards with a Lexus of your gen, and tell them the part. You might get it for very cheap.

I bought it off on ebay for $48 shipped but not listed so often so you can try the junk yard for it. My local junk yard sell it for $75. Make sure you get the correct year clockspring because 90-94 have different part number for each year.
