boy it is terrible to get/be old... I remember when most of my income went straight to my car... lived at home mom and dad took care of everything...just me and my wheels.. How low can I get this old thing and keep it going.. now 70 years later, I am 84 and dont have the excitement you guys get doing all the "now" stuff to your cars.. thumbs up on a lot of it and thumbs down on others... but keep that brain working and have a good time while you can..

yew said it! I'm 51, here. I'm happy keeping it stock-ish these days. Do wonder what the ride on mine would have been, if it still had the air suspension. Previous owners put in coil over springs and shocks. Eh.

Hello everyone. This is my 98 LS400 that I recently purchased. I've wanted a 98-00 for a few years now and I finally pulled the trigger

Hey everyone, here's my '98 LS 400, got it a couple of weeks ago with 175k km (about 110k miles) so right now I'm going through the whole car to see what needs done and make sure everything's in order.
Runs as expected, no error codes or warning lights, and seems to be well maintained, except I don't have a proper record of what's been done other than what I've been told previous owner's did.
I live in Argentina and is very common here to find used cars without any proper records of the work done to it. What's not common is to find this specific car, rarely any Lexus' around, and mostly around '98-'02 models (only a few LS, IS and GS).

my interpretation of pic fail is the lack of a picture being shown to me while browsing this thread. don't know why, i am sure there are LOTS of pictures that are supposed to be shown, but don't show up on the feed for some reason or other. settings? blocked sites?

Default Return to Stock 94 LS400 "The Claxus"

Just picked up this beast:

Looking for a parts car to match because the bits I need are hard to source and/or overpriced. Grabbed a 1995 LS400 by mistake because it was listed as a 94 and I'm apparently blind. Working on offloading it and getting ANOTHER 90-94 for parts.

But this 1995 isn't a slouch, it's got JDM markers and taillights. Too bad it has no motor, trans, or ECU.
