I recently got into an accident and my front bumper was pushed up slightly as well as other minor cosmetic damages. The car seems to be running fine, however my left singal light no longer turns on. I've checked the bulb and it is fine, however when I flick my turn left signal on, I get a much quicker flashing light in the rear and on the intrument cluster. Nothing in front. When I turn right, everything is normal.

Is it possible I damaged the wiring harness on one side, or is it something else I'm overlooking? Any help is greatly appreciated.

When one light isn't working the other will blink twice as fast. Have you checked your fuses?

I've checked the fuses under the steering column and everything is fine. I think there is only one fuse that controls all the turn signals though.

Good point about the fuse! Anyway, the hyperflashing in back is probably due to the problem with the front light, and should go away when you fix the front. Could be your front light housing was deformed a bit in the crash, so there's a bad connection now.
