Quick Fuse Question
I'm storing the car in an underground parking lot for the winter. Is there a specific fuse I can take out that will prevent the car from starting? I don't really wanna take the battery out as I plan on letting the car run once a week.

You can take out any of the fuses linked to ignition or fuel. Is this for security concerns? If so, I'd remove the starter relay from the fuse box. If it's to prevent draining the battery, which is what you'd want to do for storage, disconnect the connectors from the battery and just keep an open-ended wrench in the car or a socket and a driver.
Lastly, if you do plan on running the car once a week, be sure that you are actually driving it, and driving it for 30+ minutes to heat both the coolant and oil completely, and keep them hot. If you just idle the car or drive it a short distance you're doing more harm than good by allowing moisture and fuel to build up in the oil. If this was your plan, consider just inflating the tires a little high, disconnecting or removing the battery, draining the tank to a minimum and adding a fuel stabilizer, and also change the oil before storing the car so any acids in the oil won't wear the engine internals. Optionally you can also put silica gel inside the car to absorb moisture. Then you can just leave it and let it be for the duration of the winter season.
