Default sway bar size

Does anyone know if 98 LS sway bars are the same size as a 96 LS.

Other treads say a 96 uses a 1 1/16 or 27 mm bushing in front and a 9/16 or 14 mm in the rear will these fit my 98 (energy type bushings)

Thanks

I did a little bit of search and found this tread with no replies from a while back.

I tried ordering Poly Sway Bars Bushings from AutoZone today; they had a few bushings Like these
http://www.autozone.com/autozone/par...mString=search
But the guy did not know which one to order for my Lex. He told me to get the size diameter of the sway bar so he could know which one to order. are the above Measurements orrect ?.

I also looked into Daizen bushings but where the hell can U order them. their site has this vendors but I was able to to get in touch with anyone and one of the numbers is no longer in service.

Where can I get these SWAY BAR BUSHINGS FROM. I called a nearby Lex Dealer and they wanted $19 for each front & $20 for each rear.

lexus sells the oem RUBBER bushings.

if you want poly bushings you need to follow this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...nder-20-a.html

and for the record there IS a difference in '95-97 and 98-00 sway bars.

Thans PD. I was actually going to thru the same thread before you responded. I will be buying the bushings from energy suspension, but I'm trying to get them from Auto Zone if they are cheaper.
