Default noise power steering

hi from france

i have a lexus ls 400 1990 first generation with 110 000 km.
Good car, nice. There is 3 weeks, i heard noise of WWHHIIIIIZZZZE when i turn right or left when i accelerate. There is no leak and the level is good.
On us forum, good guys say me to emptying the oil power steering and change the oil. I do. The noise disappeared. But 15 days after the fix, the noise come again. Some guys say me there is air in the system.
What do you think about that?
Thanks to reassure me, because we love our car.
Regards from France
Denis

Since you say that there is no leak, and the fluid levels are good, I would have your power steering rack looked at. Pretty common item to go up as the cars age. Also, you may have a blockage in the power steering lines (filters may need to be cleaned).

dont forget to check the PS Solenoid too (search for it, its attached to the PS Rack.)

Borrowing this pic from another post, different year, but the items still the same....

The power steering rack is the item with the rubber bushing on it in the pic,, common for the rubber to dry out and crack, etc.
The selonoid is the small grey looking tank with the 2 small lines coming from it, in the pic attatched to the rack itself.

These items are located UNDER the car by the front axle.

The noise is from higher pressure squirting through a blockage in the screen. The new fluid cleared it up and not it is blocking it again. Either remove the solenoid to clean the trap or add an inline filter and flush with new fluid again .
