Default 1990 ls400 electrical problem

new to the board.....i have a 1990 ls400, last couple of weeks i've noticed that every now and then when i apply the brakes.....all electrical shuts down for a split second, been real busy at work and haven't had a chance to check battery connections and such yet.

some might say that the trunk harness in the back may cause some problems, try searching for "trunk harness" and see if u come across anything.

the trunk harness has a broken ground wire. opent eh trunk and on the left hinge, look for the wire loom. open up the covering and look for the broken wire. repair break and continue driving.

I'm going to have to check that. I have an intermittant problem as well. My radio will go dead sometimes when I shift from drive to park and it doesn't function sometimes when the engine is off and key is just turned to acc.
