Going lower with Coilovers...
I am currently running Tein CSs on my '98 LS400 and am 2 coils away from the bottom, but want to go lower in the rear by another 1/2 - 3/4". Is there anything I can do?
Please help.
Thanks,
Jason

SS-Kit will get you ~20mm more.

The ~$550 is costly IMO.

PureDrifter - you are lucky to have the last of the true L-Sportline kits
Chubby - excellent decision to go with air
I am severely disappointed right now, even my cinnamon raisin english muffin with cream cheese tastes like glue.
Thanks for your feedback guys.

Further negative feedback about the Teins...there was some squeaky creaking noises coming from my left rear suspension everytime I hit a bump so I had this checked out and on the lowest coil, the spring wasn't long enough so it would jump around everytime the coilover was compressed from a bump, had to raise my suspension slightly
...on a slightly positive note, I can notice a slight difference between 0 and 16 with the EDFC.

I actually rescind all negative feedback about the teins, except maybe going slightly lower. The position 2 coils from the bottom is a perfect drop, there is 1/4 to 1/2 finger gap between the tire and fender. Having the option to go lower would be great, but IMHO, too low looks like a ghetto low rider, particularly because my car is not kitted, which is not going to be a future mod. The EDFC does stand out mainly in cornering, its not really night and day like the GS guys say, but more like afternoon vs evening. As for the spring play, I just needed to jiggle the spring around until it found a comfortable groove.
Yes, for the price, ride quality and adjustability, Teins are the best best.
