Default Replacing serpentine tensioner

Had some noise under the hood a squeeking noise.. changed the pulleys new bearings too.. both on the tensioner and the idler... no change.. Used the stethoscope and determined that it is the pivot point on the tensioner that is making the noise. I have the tensioner.. but wondered if anybody knew whats involved in replacing it... it has some flat machined bolt holes.. so I am assuming that it is sandwiched between something else... I have the service manual but it just says "remove tensioner" I am very time limited and I need the car everyday almost... so I need to have an idea about whats involved before I take it apart.. and possibly open "Pandoras Box" of problems.

Thanks..

Ken
