Default ls400 coach TRACTION CONTROL button

i have a 97 ls 400. i believe since in the coach edition they put the button somewhere else than the normal version. i have looked in the manual and it states it should be right above the gear **** and below the radio/sound system panel. i might be completely retarded but ive looked all over.

Traction control and heated seats (together as a bundle) were an option on 1990-1997 LS400's. If you don't have a button that says TRAC, along with driver and passenger seat heater controls also by the shifter, you lack this option package.

Are you sure about that? I'm fairly certain 1990-1997 it was bundled.

I have a TRAC button on my 97 and it is located as described. If you dont have the button you may not either have TRAC or have the option to turn it off. My friend has a 06 IS350 and to turn the TRAC off it recquires a really weird hack.

The trac button is located on the wood center console under the radio directly under the volume button above the ashtray on the thin strip.
