Post LS air suspension question

Hi, every Happy Lexus owner , Have a very prosperous new year ! I'm new here but I have been reading this forum for months now. I have '91 LS4 w/ 69k miles, Lately I noticed noise (like air releasing) coming from the right front suspension usually right after I started the car in the morning. I wonder any of you also experience this sound. ? Also couple weeks ago, I removed the black plastic cover underneath the engine to let more cool air to go into the engine compartment because the LS engine compartment gets extremely HOT and I want your opinion about this? And finally I notice there are some grease leaking from the rear wheel axal CV boot area. Any ideal how to fix this or is it a serious matter because the Lexus service guy said every LS leaks over there?!

Default Normal/not!

AIR "NOISE" IS NORMAL ON STARTUP AS LONG AS THE CAR RUNS "LEVEL".

CV BOOT LEAKAGE IS NOT!

GET IT FIXED BEFORE YOU NEED A NEW CV JOINT, EXPENSIVE.
