High mile ucf10 - What oil?
I'm about to do a service on my 1991 ucf10, it has roughly 220,000km's (136,700Miles).
What grade/weight oil is recommend for my motor? It's still in reasonable condition, just old

10w-30 or 5w-30 depending on temperature fluctuations of region.
i run 5w-30 as recco'd since i dont have any leaks and minimal oil-burn. oh, and ~140k mi is NOT high mileage for an LS

I am at 310 000km i was using 15-40 then 10-30 and now i am going down to 5-30 as they seem to hold well with no loss or burn off.

I got around 160K on my 90 and I use mobil 1 synthetic 10w30, no problems.

Almost 190,000km on my LS, still using Mobil 1 10W30 every change. Doesn't consume a drop of oil.

228k miles, I run 20w-50 conventional oil. I have no idea what the previous owner used to put it there.

I use Motul as it out preforms anything else i used before.

243,000 ish miles, and I'm running 10w30 currently with no issues, but will change to Havoline 5w30 when my oil change is due.
