hey everybody,
My friend works at the local stereo shop. We were just joking around yesterday and I got an audio sponsor. We are putting 8 12" audiofonics subwoofers in a vented enclosure, in the trunk. For power we are going to be using 2 US AMPS 4000watt amps. The current design was going to have the port firing the gap in the middle of the back seats. Any thoughts or suggestions?

the "gap" in the middle of the back seats is where the gas tank is

u may want to alter ur design to port UP through the oem sub hole+rear deck.

dude, I did not know that was the gastank. For the size of the port I might have to remove the whole sub cover and third brakelight.

yep, thats why there isnt a pass-through/folding seats on the LS as there is in say, a camry. the gas tank is kinda right there.

the stock sub hole is approx 8in. and with a not too bad amount of cutting u can get it out to about 10x10 square.

Yes--I think you could classify 8 12" subs as "serious".
