Default Help Horn problem

Guys car sat in 15 degree weather for 3 days. Toayd i drove the car took it to the car wash and now the horn doesnt work.
What can it be? I cannt hear the relay going on either. Could it be water in horns? or is it just a fuse?
What number is the fuse and where is it? Under the hood or under the dash?

Many Thanks

check the wiring at the horns for voltage when you press on the steering wheel before concluding that both horns have mysteriously gone bad at the same time. you can also apply battery voltage to the horns directly to test if they work. it may be a problem with the wiring/horn contacts in the steering wheel.
