Default Navigation system in early gens?

Does anyone have navigation mounted on their car? Got pictures?

planning on it in awhile, ill keep you updated

right now i have sony headunit and a dash mounted navi, itll do for now.

not really much point since itl cost u more than what the car is worth and wont work in the U.S.

its region encoded+japanese language+no maps for the U.S.

no one is talking about that, i am talking about aftermarket.

What are you talking about? The only picture in this thread is of an OEM navigation system that was only offered in Japan!! I'd suggest the Pioneer Avics, because I haven't seen a bad review on them and they seem to be very easy to use.

I'd suggest the Pioneer Avics, because I haven't seen a bad review on them and they seem to be very easy to use.
These are very good headunits. If you want to get something a little bit closer to an OEM look to it, i'd say go with eclipse. The interface is going to be nearly identical to that of a 4th gen navi.

Sorry, I pulled up an old page that I had saved for that link, the newer eclipse look exactly like 5th gen navi that can be found on any lexus or toyota from about 06 on. The only downfall to the eclipse is that the bluetooth doesn't seem to be fully integrated, if you want that then go with the Pioneer.
