Hey guys,
I'm gettin some really bad vibration coming from the wheels on the 91 I have. Looked at the rotors and realized that it was about that time to replace em. What kind do you guys recommend. Good quality but not wanting to break the bank on this one.

they have been known to crack, warp (very very common problem) and in some cases ive heard of them shattering.

also when these people drill them they dont pay attn to where they drill, so u have holes sometimes going thru cooling vanes=structural damage.

buy some ATE slotted from TR, their pretty cheap iirc.

Not all rotors are created equally.

I use Bradis on my car, and Brembo owns Bradi. On the beater Quest we have, I'm running Raybestos(ugg) rotors on it.

I'm quite happy with them. I REFUSE to run Chinese rotors, glass or body parts on the cars I maintain. I know on the old Cressida(RIP) we had, I was able to get US-made NAPA/Raybestos rotors for $25 each. Kragen wanted $50 for Raybestos PG Plus ones made in China.

Default rotors

I got my rear rotors from Drivewire (I think - 90% positive it was that site)
{{link may or may not work - could be a cookie}}

They were Mountain brand from Japan.
I'm going to check and regrease my caliper pins this weekend.
I'll let you know about the wear and IF it has warbles in the rotor.

Amazing how my fronts are at the minimum thickness but I get no vibration, must be because my pads are so fresh.

The rears I bought happen to be a decent set for around 50-65 dollars.
I think so...
(I bought these because they have all the holes you need, not just the stud holes, plus it was japanese DUH!)
