Where does one find the elusive 'chamber kit' ? I have been searching high and low for this.

Just aquired the car a couple weeks ago. It's still very much a work in progress. Lowered on Megan LP coilovers. Wheels are 18" Work VSXX. F 18x8.5 +45 R 18x9.5+45. I'm running 25mm bolt on spacers all around. Car was too low after install and I couldn't make it out of my garage so had to raise it. Going to start shopping for some 19's or 20's.

First brought it home.

Why not buy barrels and lips and make the 18s into 19s? Funny to see how low the car has to be to pull of 18s, otherwise it just does not look right.

Making 18 to 19s will cost $$$$. Roughly around $1600-1700 for inners and outters

I'm just going to find some new 19's or 20's. This is my spare set of VSXX off my S2000 so I'm not going to alter them.

Exactly, hopefully he got the vs-xx's for cheap, most good sized 3pc 19s are around 2500-3k, so might as well make his own set. Machine the face, turn it into a nice 3pc sandwich mount...

Anyone have a 18" step lip set up on a ucf10? I'm wondering if the faces might look to small.

a 19" step lip is sick on the ucf20 chassis... 2k to make custom wheels to your specs with brand new inner and outer barrels is not bad really. My new Weds were over 5k. I just got a quote on Luxury Abstracts and those are gonna be even more.

Default 93 LS400 with 18" Casino

18" Casino by American racing. 235/50/18 Rubber. Coil over conversion, stock camber. Nothin fancy, but I like it anyhow.

Default Is there an "ideal" wheel/tire setup?

After reading most of this thread it is clear that there are just as many wheel/tire setups as there are reasons for choosing them. Having said that, I am installing Megans on my 98 very soon and want opinions as to my setup options with minimal mods (fender rolling, spacers, camber kits, etc). Looks like 18" rims with tires in the 225 - 255 range seem to be the most common with many CL members.
