Default Repairing my 92 LS400, master cylinder help plz

Hi I have searched on google.com quite a bit and on other lexus ls websites,

I was driving my 1991 Lexus LS400 and I heard something break from inside the engine bay and my brake pedal just went to the floor, I think it might be the master cylinder because there is no leaks in my break lines.

email me or PM on here please, thanks..

1. What do you think the problem could be with the described symptoms?

2. Can anyone point me to a write-up/how-to on replacing the master cylinder

it could be a couple things but if u know nothing about cars or working on them i STRONGLY suggest you tow the car to a dealer/independant mechanic and have them fix it. itl be better for your health.
