Default PLZ Help 92 LS 400 Won't start

Hi!
I just bought my 92 Lexus LS 400 with 147312 miles. I bought it for cheap, I ran diagnostics on it and the code is 24, IAT Sensor. Can anyone tell me where it's located?

IAT Sensor, code 24 is the Intake air temperature sensor. Code book says that with code 24 there is an open or short in the intake air sensor circuit. Will have to try to find diagram to see exactly where it is located.
update::
OK, this is also known as the Volume Air Flow Meter. It is located directly on the intake section behind the air filter and before the intake hose itself.

Ok I have narrowed it down to the fuel pump . The fuel pump isn't getting any power. What will cause this to happen?

what makes you say that the pump isnt getting any power rather than saying the pump's dead?

I tested the connector with a volt meter. It didn't show that it was getting any power, however I'm gonna change the fuel pump anyway.

Here's what Google told me:

___

There is a fuel pump ECU. The ECU will control certain voltage to the pump at a certain speed or RPM. For example, at idle your fuel pump ECU output 8-9V. WOT(Wide Open Throttle) fuel pump ECU output 13V +. The fuel pump located on the driver's side rear seat. Rear seats would have to come off. Feel free to contact me at the shop 214-221-3135. I would be able to give you some more pointers. Thank you.

I didn't have to replace the fuel pump ecu after all. It was the fuel pump and the sending unit. I replaced both of those and the car cranks right up and runs fine. I really appreciate you guys taking the time to try and help me. Thanks
