Is the LS400 Wheel pattern 5x114.3??
I was just wondering if the wheels from my SC300 would fit right on an LS400 1991??? 5x114.3??
the front wheels are 19x8.5 and the rear are 19x9.5 and i think both are +35.
Just wondering if the wheels will rub on the LS400 and do I need to roll the fenders??
Advice is gladly needed.
Thanks
David

The bolt pattern is cortect, 5X114.3 and the lugnut pattern is 12mmX1.5 for both the SC and the LS. Should fit just fine, may have to roll depending on tire size. Both the Early LS and the SC have high offsets.

Should I trade my sc300 for LS400
Guys, I asked the question because there is this guy that wants to trade me my sc300 for his ls400.
My sc300 is lowered on Esplir springs Tokico Shocks
Re-done Interior with two tone Gray
2005 ES steering wheel
19" Staggered Wheels but those will go on the LS I will trade for.
I also put new belts and spark plugs and cap and rotor on my SC
Just wondering what you guys think.
My plans for the LS would be to go Full VIP for that 91 LS400
lower the car, add kit, daily driver. etc....
Advice please

Is gonna be a matter of what look you trying to pimp. LOL!!! Both cars are very nice however, you will be trading speed for a heavy sled. The first gen LS is a very heavy car and definately no speed demon, although it does quite well. Sounds like you are pretty much done with the SC, however, let me warn you that mod parts for the first gen LS are gonna be very hard to find. You will spend hours looking at the computer screen, cursing yourself about why you traded, looking for parts for the first gen. It will be a difficult task, however not impossible. You will find yourself importing alot of parts in from Japan. Just depends on how much research you wanna do to find stuff. Of Course, fabrication is another option as well. LOL!!!
