So I've used the search, and I've also tried checking myself.

I've seen the diagram, but its too fuzzy.

My question is, can someone snap a pic for me of the cabin filter location?

I tried to get my panel off but couldn't get the back portion off. I was only able to get the front portion of the panel clips off. I folded back as much as I could, but couldn't tell what was what.

I don't think my 92 LS has a slot for the AC filter, but I want verification, in case I overlooked it. I want to compare side by side, to see if I'm just missing it.

So for someone who has a cabin filter, the earlier the year the better, please snap a picture for me so I can see what the slot looks like.

PS: How do I get the back clips to come out? It seems like they were almost screwed in, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You'll have to make your own filter setup...LS didn't have cabin filters until 93...I'm pretty sure

I guess I should clarify. Unless someone already has a picture, not diagram, would someone be so kind as to go out to their LS400, pop the panel off, and snap a digital picture of what the filter location looks like?

I guess I'm just not sure what I'm looking for.

It would be even better for someone with a 92 or 91 LS who FOUND that they have the Cabin filter slot, unused to snap a pic, as I'm not sure if there are any changes down there year to year after 92. So it would look identical for me.

How much more specific would an actual picture be...compared to that diagram?

Maybe I am wrong, but I don't think the LS had a cabin filter until the 93 came out.
