Go there and find the motor mount...there's one on each side of your motor...they're like 80$ a piece.
I just ordered mine and plan on replacing them soon.
You can do it yourself if you have a hoist to hold the engine up a little bit while you take out the old ones and install the new. OR you can pay any shop that has a hoist 1 hour labor for each side to do it. I suggest changing your tranny mount too while this is being done. A tranny mount costs 55$ or so.

No I don't have a hoist, & I wouldn't know the first thing about using one 
I was thinking of taking it to my local Firestone for the mount replacement...
To be honest I'm a bit afraid they'll mess something else but I haven't found a Lexus indie yet.
