Noob w/ quick question?? LS400 air ride??
Does the 98-2000 ls400's have air ride. If they do which model?? I want to buy one, but I dont want to spend all the money on a quality strut coilover setup. I rather just buy the air ride controller and call it a day. Besides I rather have adjustable suspension from a button instead of going under the car and adjusting it at the actual strut. Thank You

So they did. Do you know what model?? Did they have a Ultra luxury package like the LS430?? How is it possilbe to find out if it has air ride or not without actually going to see the car. Like lets say I wanted to buy a car from autotrader. The help is greatly appreciated!! GOTC is like my IDOL!!! LOL!!! Well all you guys are. I've been in the street racing scene for bout 5 years now and I've decided to done it down and go VIP (bippu). Laterz and Thanx

Hello,
The air suspension was an option on the LS400, not part of an Ultra Luxury package. When you're searching the net take a look at the pictures of the interior, more specifically look at the gear shift lever and see how many switches are to the left of the shifter. If you see two toggle switches the car has air suspension. (The switch closer to the radio is the air suspension, the switch closer to the arm rest is the Power/Normal/Snow shift pattern switch). If you only see one switch, no air suspension.
I was surprised that almost every car I looked at on Autotrader had an interior shot I could tell if the car had air suspension or not. Short of that your Lexus dealer can run the VIN and tell you what options the car has.
