93' LS possibly power steering issue......
I'm having a little bit of an issue and maybe it is well known so I wanna see what you LS experts think. When I am coming out of a parking spot, obviously at slow speeds, it feels like my tires are rubbing, when I am turning the steering wheel... but I know that they are not. I have a feeling it has something to do with the power steering. So I don't know if it is the belt slipping....the steering rack is going bad.....or what. The tires rubbing is the best way I can describe what it is doing.
Anyone ever experience this before.
Also fyi...the fluid is fine and is at the correct level.
Thanks

You'll have to put the front end on jack stands or a lift. It's the only way to check the smoothness of the rack, along with the ball joints, A-arms, tie rod ends, rubber mounting bushings.
With the mileage, this may indicate multiple points of wear .
