"90 LS 400 w/102,000. I am hearing a little valve noise during idle, when standing outside the vehicle. Cannot hear it inside the car during idle or driving.

I noticed the manual suggests valve adjustment @60,000 mile interval. I also am of the understanding this is not an easy adjustment, using shims etc.
