My LS on 20's :-)

NEW PICS PAGE 2

So I got new rims for the LS and I took some pictures of my SC and LS, I bought the rims from a fellow member stockySC4, a very cool guy, honest and easy to do business with. Rims were almost brand new, only one had a very minor bend and otherwise perfect… But I need to start looking for some new tires

20x8.5 +35 offset for front, 20x8.5 +12 offset for the rear.

3 inch lip up front, 4 inch lip in the rear.

I was having rubbing issues in the rear but I shaved the fenders and its perfect now. :D

So what do you guys think about the wheels? Oh and I did a lil mod to the tail lights… what do you guys think of that?

like the wheels but not 100% on the tails. i woulda red-out the turns and center instead of smoke. or smoked the whole thing.

Nice look. How did you do the smokie bit on your tail lights? Is that your mansion in the back?

While I was having the car tinted, I was messing around with some tint strips and this is what I came up with... so its basically window tint...

haha that is my neighborhood, my house is on the opposite side of that street.. They are not mansions they just look big, it’s probably the camera, lol

Looks great, maybe lower it slightly, the wheels stick out huh?

I agree with you, Or i would have smoked the red, and have the white where the smoked part is
Wish i could do that on my ls

PureDrifter Jul 24, 2006 10:27 PM

one and only benefit of doing what Tommy did is that its 100% legal. The main reason cops cite you for smoking your Tails is that it renders the red reflectors useless. theres no law for having Orange reflectors so clearing or smoking the turn signals is completely legit.

That being said, im interested in the what u used and how you went about using regular window tint on your tails.

Looks nice, just need to drop it. I wonder how it looks t night, since you tinted right over where the bulb actually is.

Any close ups of the wheels... I can barely see them in the pics.

I really like the look for the clear side markers, one of the best mods i've done IMO.

Here are a couple of pics... (it looks better on white, and black LS'.)
