Default Door Speaker Grills / Guards

I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could get replacement speaker grills for the doors to my '90 LS400? The stems on one of mine are broken and the grill won't stay in place. I have looked in junk yards, but I still haven't found any that are in good shape.

Is gonna be hard to find them. I did the same thing to my 92. Really don't want to have to go to dealer. Am going to try a DIY fix using the same grommets that hold the cover of the trunk in place (black plastic tabs that just push in) and a hot glue gun. I did this once before and it held pretty well, however last time I only used super glue and I knocked them off again being careless. If you do this, just file the surface as close to level as possible and then attatch with glue gun. Cheap fix, works pretty well.

Thanks. I'll try that if I have no luck finding a replacement. I don't want to go to the dealer either... they are liable to charge $200 or more for 4 small pieces of ABS plastic

Remove door panel and from the back drill into the grill but not through and install some small wood screws.
