Default Denso???

I've spent over an hour searching threads on oil and oil filters for my 94 LS400 (have had for 5 months) with 95K. I don't leak a drop (so far) and use a regular 5W-30 and filters from a parts store. I just recently bought some Denso OEM filters (and a couple of Denso air filters too) and have not seen thme listed in any of the threads. Is their a problem with Denso? Also, should I look to get a name brand oil in the future. I do wnat to keep this car for a long long time. I had new 300M before this and believe me, the 94 Lexus is smoother ride. Any other suggestions on
additives for oil or synthetic oil.

Thanks

Bill

Denso is a division or subsidiary of Toyota Motor Car Company. They manufacture assemblies used in Toyota, Scion and Lexus vehicles.
If you use a good quality oil and change it often no oil additives would be needed or benificial. 5W-30 weight is great for your aluminum block engine
