Last week had them replace the display on my '92 LS 400 (getting ready to sell it). Service was fast and was excellent. According to the person helping with my sale (a dealer friend), they simply swap out the unit for a refurbished one. We mailed mine out, and when they received it they mailed back a repaired unit quickly. Saved me tons of $$ over local Lexus and local used resources.
