Default No Horn No Cruise Control

i have 91 ls400 and i am having problems with the cruise control and horn not working. I have checked all fuses.

Steering colum cable.... after 15 years the magnets wore out. cost of repair.... $400 or so for parts........ labor ????

No I don't know the part number. If you remove your airbag from the steering wheel you will see the part. it is the bright yellow peice inside the steering wheel.

That bright yellow thing is called a clock-spring and it has no magnets just a large spooled coil of flat wire for a circuit.
