Default New TailLights Lens install. How hard? 98LS

Hello people.

First of all, Merry Christmas to everyone!!

I am looking to purchase a set of new clear tail light lens from luxurymods.com and just want to find out how hard the install would be.

I looked inside my trunk and it seems I have to take out the inside walls to install these. Does anybody have any idea how hard this installs is going to be?? Also, anyone installed these lens on a white LS (MINT is white).

Thanks for any inputs!!

Sorry I don't have experience in this case... but doesn't the owners manual show how to access the back of the lights for bulb replacment? Once you get the carpet/covering or whatever you want to call it removed or detatched, I can't imagine it would be much of a mystery to remove the lights. Probably a few nuts or something per lens.

You must have some deep pockets to spend $500 on those things. If they were like half the price I might consider it.

It sounds like they'd look great on a white car... please post up pics when you get them on.

Easy as hell to change the outer 1/4 ones.
Just pop off teh black tabs on the inner edge and lift them up .
For the center one you need to remove teh carpet from teh trunk lid only ,they need to be wiggled to get them off.

Oh yea? Admiration in Japan is selling those for like $310

Here's a link, well isn't 36,000 Yin like $310?

http://www.admiration.ne.jp/main.html

Over on the left side at the top, under sedans, there is a link that says "Createur."

It brings up three different Toyota sedans. You want to click on CELSIOR near the bottom of the page.

Then you will see a white 2004-2005 Celsior. Right under the additional pictuers there are 4 links in a gray box. Click on the far RIGHT one that says Celsior M/C 20
