car lighter problems

hey everyone.. well my car lighter went out, and i don't know why.. it just stopped working all of a sudden.. what are the possible causes and how do i fix it? i was thinking a fuse might have went out

i have a ls400.. also i wouldn't know where to look for anything in that car.. i would need some unreal guidance heh.. sorry
