Thumbs down Any other options for tailights?

1994 LS 400
I have seen the JDM lights that are red and white but not crazy about them. Is there any way to tint the stock ones like in this picture?

Get the red and clear ones and and some smoke paint .
Or Take your stock ones make the amber insert red first then smoke the whole assembly ,that is what i did to mine to make it more unified,no one even notices.I also use folia tec taillight spray as it is the best for clarity and colour.
A front shot as i love it

rear with the tails on

Looks like this during the day with the turn signal still being orange but looks red when off.

Damn dude that is fat
I have never seen anyone with that. My LS is the stock gold two tone paint so I like having that amber/gold color instead of white and red.
I dont understand at all what to do though

NVM found it, So you just took them out and sprayed them down with the VHT>?
Will spraying less make it not as dark? Make it more tinted than black?

After being rear-ended by someone who was going 48Mph, while I was at a complete stop for over 45seconds, I personally wouldnt want to do anything that will hinder my braking lights in anyway anymore. One of those, and it will make you think twice about any lighting mod

I know that I wouldnt be saying this had it been for that incident.

Cool hmmmmmmnnnn.... no

the first gens taillights have that kinda tetris ' y look to them... i think with some LED's and a bit of programming you could make them look like a game of tetris with the falling blocks!

it would loook black....no point to get the red-clear tails if ur gunna tint the whole thing. itl look like persian451's car

persian-can you please take some pics of ur tails at night with the lights on? i want a general idea of how much the tint takes away from the brightness. factor.
