Hello,

I got the same error message when I inserted a newly burnt audio CD. The error goes away when playing store-purchased audio cds.

I hope your changer isnt broken. Try inserting a store-purchased audio cd?

I have just checked again. All six disks are factory disks, none are homemade. All are placed with labels down. Sometimes I get error 23, sometimes I get error 14, and one time I got error 21. The unit was playing properly and we got in the car and the errors started. Any suggestions?
Many thanks,

Check out the following: http://elliottelectronics.com/ They worked on my '96 LS400 unit, did a great job and were very reasonable. They also give some pretty good help on the phone. Good luck!
