i had removed the red/blue wire and taped it. Do i have to rewire it to the relay with a new wire.
by the way i cant see the fog light relay? is it behind the fuse box? Do i have to get into the back side of the fuse box?

Yes, you have to run a wire from the RED/BLUE one down to the fog light relay. (this is basically allows you to control the new fog light trigger from the button on the stalk.)

Also, YES, the relays are on the backside of the fuses. There is one bolt if im not mistaken that you take off from the top.

Remember that the picture illustration shows u the box upside down, taking into consideration that you turned it on its head.

The fog light relay place is really very hard to reach. i was working with my head down to brake pedal and removed all the connectors from the fuse box, removed the three screws which hold the fuse box. But after all i started feeling sick from doing this so I stopped and replaced everything back as before.
I gave up.....
I don't want to do this...
It's over...
if there is any other easier way please inform me.

I really want it to be done in mine....

I was so close but couldn't find the right spots to plug the new extended wires into.

Does anyone know EXACTLY where to plug the Fog relay wires into? I didn't do the whole steering column thing.

I tried tap it into the tail lights fuse but it kept blowing the 10amp fuse. . . as I thought it might do. I finally got fed up and put everything back together.

you don't need to do the whole steering column thing, that's only for 98-00 LS'.

What did you plug in instead of the TWO most bottom wires in this image? (#1 #2 on the relay)

If you dont do the steering column step, you will lose control of the foglights via switch.
