Who's running a muffler delete setup?
Just out of curiousity. How many people out there took out the rear mufflers on there LS? I was thinking bout playing around with it, this weekend, when I got my car jacked up for a brake job.
Any idea how much it would cost to run the straight pipes instead of the 2 rear mufflers?

You might be gaining slightly in the upper range, but losing the low end will kill drivabilty around town. But cost should be very minimal though. Best thing to do IMO is to install some high flowing mufflers so you lose some of the restrictions without losing any back pressure.

i disagree with you grand.... you are wrong im sorry
i tried it first before i did my current exhuast setup. i would highly recommend it, its barely any louder, but you will loose 30lbs off the exhaust, and you will feel a better pickup. i would do it, for about 70$ or so you will enjoy...still the quiet lexus and better on the mpg and pickup
cheers
