ECU Part Numbers

Well, I was told I need a new ECU the product number I was given was 89661-50141. I have been looking high and low for that product number and can't find one anywhere but I have managed to find a 50140 and 50142. Go figure.... Anyone know the difference between the 3 and/or if the 140 or 142 will work?
