coolant leak...
gotta tough one on my hands here... I've got a 91 LS400 and it only has 162000+ on it.
I discovered a collant leak just under the main crank pully or the harmonic balancer area.
(Or so I think). There's a small square shapped hole Just under the described area .I hope this isn't serious, but if it is, It's still worth keeping.
I also noticed I need to replace the sensor in the overflow bottle becauce it also leaks a little under pressured times. I've priced them for about $80. bucks on Avg. and the whole bottle, sensor and all for 'bout $160. think I should go for a water pump n belt replacement cause i don't know when or if it's been done yet. I'm not worried about overheating because I use Dura-Lube...and it works GREAT...(from previous vehical experienced loss of oil and ran for 28,000+ miles, and motor still outlasted the body, and got put in another vehical... and is still going strong today.)

No...it';s really true....When I saw the early adds when the first came out, they guarenteed 50,000 miles or they'd replace motor for free, no questions asked...
I was shooten for a new fuel injected 3.8 liter for my 83 LTD.... Did't succede in kill'en it...BUT got me believing in it...
