Default LS400 93' crankshaft pulley problem. need help!!

my ls400 belt came out yesterday, I tried to fasten it back, but keep falling out.
Few minutes latter I found out that crankshaft pulley and damper seems not right. I attached a picture of it.

It seems like some part is missing so pulley pulled in about 2cm.

I think I have to replace crankshaft pulley and damper. I just want to make sure I'm right.
If there is somebody who've done this before, please advise me any helpful information.

Also I want to know what kind of special tool I might needed

Thanks.
