Default brakes pulling

I had new rotors/pads installed both front and back on the 92LS but here are the problems now:
the car vibrates even when the brakes are not applied from 30mph onwards.
when braking hard at stops, the car pulls agressively to the right.

could the new rotors or brake pads be the cause of this or is it that the callipers have not been put back correctly ? the vibration doesn't get any better or worse when the brakes are applied. it's a constant vibration coming from the back and the front even when cruising..
any ideas ?
