I am currently having great difficulty with my Lexus LS400 91'. I need to remove the starter motor and do not know where to begin, whether to take it out from the top, or from underneath the engine, and also where exactly it is located. If you have had any experience with this problem, or with starter motors in this model, please let me know!!

Removing the starter on the LS is a Major PITA. Since you are new to the forums, and before someone here jumps on you to search for the information, let me help you out. This issue has been addressed many times before. I would encourage you to use the advanced search feature here on the forum and put in the key word for whatever you are looking for, and narrow it down to a forum as well. Let me get you started, as this should help you out alot.
