Default vibration between 55 and 65 mph

I live real close to the on ramp of the freeway. This does not give the tires time to warm up and get rid of the flat spotting and it takes a good 4 miles of freeway driving to get rid of the vibrations. I park on concrete and this seems to be the problem. As the cold from the concrete sucks the warmth out of the tires. Here is a LINK http://www.tirecradle.com/tcradle.htm to the only product avalable that I can find. Seems to be a bit much to spend for four plastic pads. Anybody using wood or something else for the problem???
