Default Anyone know what this is

I admit I don't know everything about cars, but I was digging around the trunk a couple of days ago and lift the carpet and side panel and saw this. Does anyone know what it is ?

I would think that, but it's on both sides of the trunk.

Do you have the air suspention on your car? It looks like they are
for the air struts.

See that's what I was thinking because of the clear tube in the corner. But I don't have air supension, at least I don't think I do. I've seen my year car with air supension and it has the switch on the gear shift to go from sport to normal, but mine doesn't have that switch.

That picture is definitely the power antenna. I have torn apart and rebuilt enough of them to know. The clear tube has nothing to do with the power antenna. It is the water drain tube for the left rear corner of the moonroof. Post a picture of the other side you say looks the same.

You don't have air suspension.

The picture you posted is, without a question the power antenna motor.

Like the others have said, that is indeed your power antenna motor.

Besides the power antenna motor on the drivers side and the clear drainage hoses on both the drivers side and passengers side of the car from the moonroof for run off water, what you see on the passengers side might have been a brain at one time for a mobile phone is what I am guessing. They wouldn't look identical though.

Please take a picture of the passengers side and post it.
