99 nav stereo

If I can find one (mine has the white screen issue) is it a plug and play swap?

I don't know this is applicable to your car but I have once tried to swap the navigation display manufactured by Pioneer on my 98 Celsior. It was plug and play. Things are all written in Japanese but photos may be OK for you to know what I have tried.
