Default BFI and later turbo?

If i choose to mod my airbox (BFI), will i be able to use the BFI with a turbocharger? I dont plan to turbo for a while (~1 year) and want the potential 5-7 horsepower of the BFI, if it is not compatibile with a turbo intake, how much would it cost to change over from a BFI to a FI intake?

The BFI that I outlined will not be a problem with any choice to turbocharge. Turbocharging will in all probability use its own filter system and herefore not even use your existing parts. Also, the 5rwhp that I calculated from dragstrip testing was on my 99 LS400. Earlier year cars may perform differently.
