Hi I need to replace my ecu (two shops agree) due to cutting off/no start/no fuel. It’s a 1999 & I know it has the immobilizer. Is it possible to order one pre programmed online (somewhere like flagship one). Have been told if I provide the vin and the number off the box - it will work with my keys I have now. *Just want to be sure before I begin the process. (If not I will have to go to the dealer $$$$.) Thank you for any advice

Keep in mind that the immobilizer system is a separate system from the remote buttons. This is typically a point of confusion.
