driver's seat pad restore?
 

I'm thinking about pulling the drivers seat and seeing if the pad can be rebuilt or replaced but it looks like the pad/"bun" might not be available anymore. My '98 has heated seats. Has anyone attempted this and is there a tutorial on how to extract the pad from the seat? Does the heated seat blow hot air or is it resistive elements in the pad? I did this with my '05 LS430 with a new OEM pad but there were clear step by step instructions posted here for that model.
