DRL's from J.C. Whitney?
 

I saw in a JC Whitney magazine that they were selling a DRL circut that when your headlights were 'off' they would keep your low beams on at 1/2 power. This circut looked just like a regular relay and went between your harness and headlight. I think this thing was around $30.00 and I know you get what you pay for, but I can't help wondering if you could hook it up to your HIGH beams instead so anyone with HID's could also have DRL's. Has anyone seen this product or have any opinions about it?

.....strange how people at CL with running lights are trying to eliminate them and the people without them are trying to get them!
