How do I disable the DRL's?

How do I disable the Day Time Running Lights on the 1999 RX 300?
I bought PIAA's for the grill guard and dont want those 1/2 lights anymore

I remember seeing a DIY for the GS series. Im sure its similar for the RX series. Did you do a search yet? Try that first.
