Hoën or Osram would be my choice, depending on bulbs type

Putco and Piaa both looked like a washed out yellow, not good to me

Thatboy I'm looking for that **** yellow color that's popular to go with hids in the headlights. Would I be happy with osram or hoen? Hoen looks pretty damn good on their website but read a review saying a bulb burned out in 6 months

It looks like they don't make Hoen Endurance in H3! I'll go ahead and get the Osrams

What's the bulb size we need for the IS F Fogs?

Also, these links are dead. Anywhere to get the Osram here in the US? I'm only seeing ebay links for china.

As of right now, I am quite happy with the Osram Fog Breaker lights...
As a love of mine for Toyota/Lexus OEM Yellow fog lights, I fully agree with your assessment. These Fog Breakers are quite good, probably just a couple steps behind the Höen Endurance which are a few steps behind the original IS300 OEM Yellow fog lights, which is quite impressive.
